Garlic Broiled Tomatoes



 3 large tomatoes
1 1/2 T. bottled herb garlic dressing
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 T. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 t. salt
dash pepper
  1. Cut out stem ends and cut tomatoes in half crosswise.
  2. Brush dressing over cut side.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients and toss until well blended.
  4. Spoon evenly over tomato halves. 
  5. Place on a broiler pan and broil 5 inches form heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
