3 large tomatoes
1 1/2 T. bottled herb garlic dressing
1 1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 T. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 t. salt
dash pepper
- Cut out stem ends and cut tomatoes in half crosswise.
- Brush dressing over cut side.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and toss until well blended.
- Spoon evenly over tomato halves.
- Place on a broiler pan and broil 5 inches form heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
