6 bone-in pork chops
olive oil
1 T. butter
BBQ Sauce:
1 c. catchup
3 T. minced onions
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
- Brown the chops in olive oil and 1 T. butter.
- Place in a pan that just fits the chops. If it's too large it won't cook right.
- Combine BBQ sauce ingredients and pour over the browned chops.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
