BBQ Pork Chops


6 bone-in pork chops
olive oil
1 T. butter

BBQ Sauce:
1 c. catchup
3 T. minced onions
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
  1. Brown the chops in olive oil and 1 T. butter.
  2. Place in a pan that just fits the chops.  If it's too large it won't cook right.
  3. Combine BBQ sauce ingredients and pour over the browned chops.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
