Strawberry Dessert Bread

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt 
1 1/2  t. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. chopped pecans
  1. Sift or whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into dry ingredients.
  3. Stir just enough to dampen all ingredients.
  4. Pour into a well-greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees  for 1 hour.
