Musli (Swiss Oatmeal)

 

6 cups oats
12 to 16 cups whipping cream
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1 apple, chopped, unpeeled
1 banana, chopped
2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts, optional
  1. Mix all together and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The mixture might get thick.  Add more cream to desired consistency.
  3. Garnish with more raisins, nuts and apple slices.
