6 cups oats
12 to 16 cups whipping cream
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1 apple, chopped, unpeeled
1 banana, chopped
2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts, optional
- Mix all together and refrigerate overnight.
- The mixture might get thick. Add more cream to desired consistency.
- Garnish with more raisins, nuts and apple slices.
