This recipe was written by my niece and added to the cookbook that my sisters put together for me when I got married 37 years ago. Many of the recipes on this blog are directly from my sisters who are wonderful cooks. I thank them for making me seem like a good cook.
one, 1 minute egg
croutons
olive oil (3-5 T.)
lemon juice (3 - 4 T.)
Parmesan cheese (5-6 T.)
Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1 1/2 heads Romaine lettuce, (washed and chilled)
Add to lettuce:
olive oil, turn
salt and pepper, turn
egg, turn
6 drops Worcestershire sauce, turn
lemon juice, turn
cheese, turn
croutons, turn
Eat with fingers!
