3 large tomatoes
1 1/2 T. bottled Italian dressing
1 1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
1 T. chopped parsley
1 t. thyme or oregano
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
salt and pepper
- Cut stems from tomatoes and cut in half.
- Brush with salad dressing.
- Combine remaining ingredients and spoon on tomato halves.
- Broil until topping is brown.
