Broiled Tomatoes


3 large tomatoes
1 1/2 T. bottled Italian dressing
1 1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
1 T. chopped parsley
1 t. thyme or oregano
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
salt and pepper
  1. Cut stems from tomatoes and cut in half.
  2. Brush with salad dressing.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon on tomato halves.
  4. Broil until topping is brown.
