2 tomatoes, chopped
1-pound lean ground beef
one ten-ounce jar dill relish or chopped dill pickle
3/4 c. ketchup or BBQ sauce
1 T. yellow mustard, optional
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- Brown the ground beef and drain.
- Add ketchup, mustard, dill relish or pickles and diced onions.
- Heat through.
- Layer the lettuce, beef mixture, cheese and tomatoes in a 9 x 14"pan.
- Serve immediately.
