Cheeseburger Salad


1 small onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1-pound lean ground beef
one ten-ounce jar dill relish or chopped dill pickle
3/4 c. ketchup or BBQ sauce
1 T. yellow mustard, optional
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  1. Brown the ground beef and drain.
  2. Add ketchup, mustard, dill relish or pickles and diced onions.
  3. Heat through.
  4. Layer the lettuce, beef mixture, cheese and tomatoes in a 9 x 14"pan.
  5. Serve immediately.
