This is my mother's recipe. A real 50's recipe.
12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (2 glasses)
5 oz. Blue cheese
8 ounce jar cheese Wiz
1 c. sour cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 loafs of round bread
- Heat the ingredients slowly, stirring constantly, until combined.
- Cut the top off one loaf and scoop out the bread, leaving a shell.
- Fill with the cheese mixture.
- Cut the other loaf in to slices the size of crackers.
- Dip and eat!
