OIl and Vinegar Coleslaw

3 c. cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. minced green onions
2 1/2 T. sugar
3 T. vinegar
2 T. salad oil
1 t. salt
  1. Stir sugar, vinegar, oil and salt together until sugar dissolves.
  2. Toss with the cabbage, pepper and onions.
