1 acorn squash
olive oil
salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
- Cut off the ends of the squash. Cut in to 3/4 inch slices.
- Place the slices in a rimmed cookie sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 450° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and tender.
