My husband is Lithuanian descent. Recently we were in a market that had this Lithuanian cheese. He remembers his grandmother (who came over on the boat) serving this when he was a child. We don't know what it's called since the writing is in Lithuanian. It tastes a bit like dry, crumbly cottage cheese. You eat it on bagels.
