1 1/2 pounds fresh ground beef
1/2 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped or crushed
1 large can Green Chile Enchilada Sauce,
(I like Las Palmas brand)
flour tortillas
sour cream, chopped tomatoes and chopped lettuce
- Brown burger with the onions and garlic.
- Drain.
- Add a little bit of sauce to the burger mixture.
- Fill a tortilla with some of the burger mixture.
- Roll up and place in a pan that will just fit all the burritos. If the pan is too large it won't cook right.
- Repeat until all the mixture is used up.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the burritos.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles in the middle.
- Serve with chopped tomatoes, sour cream and chopped lettuce.
