Smothered Green Chile Burritos


This is a really fast dinner.  Kids will love it.
1 1/2 pounds fresh ground beef
1/2 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped or crushed
1 large can Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, 
(I like Las Palmas brand)
flour tortillas 
sour cream, chopped tomatoes and chopped lettuce
  1. Brown burger with the onions and garlic.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add a little bit of sauce to the burger mixture.
  4. Fill a tortilla with some of the burger mixture.
  5. Roll up and place in a pan that will just fit all the burritos.  If the pan is too large it won't cook right.
  6. Repeat until all the mixture is used up.
  7. Pour the remaining sauce over the burritos.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles in the middle.
  9. Serve with chopped tomatoes, sour cream and chopped lettuce.
