Marinated Baked Pork Chops



2 T. soy sauce
4 T. vegetable oil
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. lemon juice
4 T. brown sugar
4 T. ketchup
3 large pork chops, preferably bone in (about 1 3/4 to 2 inch thick)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and ketchup.
  3. Place pork chops in a baking dish that just fits the chops.
  4. Spread with half the sauce.
  5. Bake the chops for 30 minutes.
  6. Turn over and spread with the remaining sauce.
  7. Bake another 30 minutes.
