Memphis Dry Rub

You can use this rub on any meat.  Dry rubs can be expensive so this can help you save some $.
1/2 c. paprika
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/4 c. mild chile powder (or kick it up with hot)
3 T. salt
3 T. black pepper
2 T. onion powder
2 T. celery seeds
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. dried oregano  
1T. dried thyme
3 t. cumin
2 t. dry mustard
2 t. ground coriander
2 t. ground allspice
