Grilled Tuna Kabobs

I'm not much of a fish person but this is a great recipe.

Marinade:
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small onion, sliced
1 t. dried oregano or thyme
1/4 t. dried basil and pepper

1 1/4 pounds tuna, cut in 1" pieces
8 new potatoes, parboiled 10 minutes or until fork tender, halved
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 onion cut in wedges
red pepper
  1. Combine marinade ingredients.
  2. Place tuna cubes and marinade in a gallon bag and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Drain and discard marinade.
  4. Thread skewers with the tuna, potatoes, tomatoes and onions. 
  5. Preheat grill and cook, turning often, about 6 minutes or until desired doneness.
