Apple/Peach/Rhubarb Crisp

You can use any fruit you like.  Just pick the ripest.
 
Crumb Mixture:
1 c. uncooked rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Fruit Mixture:
3 c. fruit
1 T. flour
1/2 T. granulated sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. salt
1 T. water
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8 x 8" pan.
  3. Mix oats, flour, sugar and cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Mix the fruit ingredients in a medium bowl.
  5. Place 1/2 crumb mixture in pan and cover with fruit mixture, then top with crumb mixture you have left.
  6. Bake 45 minutes.
