1 cup sifted flour
1/2 t. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 T. butter, melted
- Combine the flour and salt.
- Beat together the milk, eggs and butter.
- Combine and beat at medium speed for about 1 minute.
- Fill 8 well-greased popover pans or custard cups about 1/3 full.
- Arrange pm a baking sheet and bake 40 minutes or until brown.
- Serve at once.
