Oriental Dressing Recipe #2

1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 T. rice vinegar
1 ½ T. sugar
1 T. light soy sauce
1 t. sesame oil
¾  t. grated ginger root
  1. Whisk all ingredients until combined.
  2. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
