I love Chicago style hot dogs. My niece Jen gave me jars of the sport peppers and neon green Chicago style relish so we made them at home for the first time. Notice the jar of ketchup hiding in the back. That's because ketchup is a big no no but my husband added it anyway.
Beef hot dogs, good quality
poppy seed buns
chopped onion
tomato slices, ( I chopped mine but that's cheating)
yellow mustard
sport peppers
neon green relish
kosher dill spears
celery salt
- Steam, boil or grill the hot dogs.
- Place in the bun and add condiments.
