Mixed Green Salad with Cooked Pasta

I had this at a street cafe in California and just liked the combination and the colors.  I just make a basic vinaigrette and there you have it!
Serve with pita bread.

Mixed greens, any combination
black olives, I prefer kalamata
1 small jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup of cooked pasta, elbow or something similar
roasted red peppers, cut in strips

  1.  Assemble the salad ingredients and chill for at least an hour. 
  2. Toss with the dressing and serve.
