This store is one of my favorites in all our travels. We used to live 1 hour north of San Francisco and we have been to China town many times since then. I never miss this store. It's jam packed with great cooking items, unusual, current and very cool stuff. The last time I was there (just a week ago) the woman in this video was talking with an elderly man on the phone about buying a wok (they do a booming internet business). The man was totally clueless and she handled him with patience and wit and humor. I mentioned that that guy made me crazy and I didn't even have to deal with him. We laughed and she declared it "men are driving us crazy day in
the store". She is an absolute jem.
