Kidney Bean Salad
I'm not into kidney beans but my husband loves this. I made it with dill pickle relish but originally
it was made with sweet pickle relish (hamburger relish).
2 cans kidney beans, drained and dry a bit on a paper towel
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 to 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon mayonnaise, or more to taste
- Mix together and chill before serving.
