Cheese Souffle

It doesn't get any easier than this folks.  This is good for company because you make it the day before and just pop in the oven an hour before serving.  It looks real pretty...like you worked all day on the thing.

1-5 ounce jar Old English Cheese, scooped into small bits
4 slices buttered cubed bread, crusts cut off
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt & pepper
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups milk
dash of Worcestershire sauce
  1. Combine all the ingredients and put in a greased 2 quart casserole.
  2. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  3. One hour before baking, remove and bring to room temperature.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
