Green Olive Spread


Serve this on crackers, French or sourdough bread or on a sandwich with lettuce and tomato.  Just something a little different.

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons liquid from the jar of salad olives
dash of ground pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup green olives stuffed with pimento, chopped (one-5.75 oz. jar)

  1.  Mix all together and chill at least 1 hour.
