I have another request for a recipe. I haven't made this in years! My mouth waters just reading it.

2 c. all purpose flour
3 T. brown sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 8 oz. container of sour cream
1 beaten egg yolk
1 beaten egg white
1.  Whisk together in a bowl the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2.  Using a pastry blender cut in butter.
3.  Stir together egg yolk and sour cream.
4.  Add all at once to the flour mixture.
5.  Turn dough to a lightly floured surface and knead 10 or 12 times until smooth.
6.  Pat into a 7" circle and cut in to 12 wedges.
7.  Place on an ungreased baking sheet each scone 1" apart.  Brush with egg white.
8.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until brown.  Serve warm.
