Hot Toddy with Tea

                                  1 cinnamon stick

1 c. water

1 T. honey

1/2 lemon, juiced

2 ounces bourbon or whiskey 

1 tea bag

1. In a small sauce pan add cinnamon stick and water.  
2. Over medium-high heat bring to a boil.  Once it boils take off the heat.
3. Add your tea bag and steep for your desired amount of time.
4. Remove tea bag and stir in the honey.
5. In a large mug add the juice of half a lemon, bourbon/whiskey, and the tea with the cinnamon stick for a garnish.
6. Drink while still warm.
