Homemade Catalina Dressing


Recipe # 1
1/2 yellow onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. Ketchup
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 t. paprika
3/4 t. Kosher salt or to taste
1/4 t. black pepper
1 c. olive oil
  1. Place the onion in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Add everything but the olive oil.
  4. Process to blend then slowly add the olive oil.

  1/2 c. Ketchup
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. onion, grated
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. salad oil
salt & pepper
  1.  Add the ketchup, sugar, vinegar, onion, paprika and Worcestershire to a food processor.  Pulse until blended.  With the processor running, slowly add the oil.  Cover and refrigerate.
