Delicious Grilled Hamburgers


1 pound fresh lean ground beef
1 generous T. Worcestershire sauce
1 generous T. liquid smoke
1 large clove garlic, pressed
seasoned salt to taste
1 T. olive oil for brushing the meat
  1. Preheat grill for high heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, lightly mix the beef, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and the garlic.
  3. Form into 3 patties, handling the meat minimally.
  4. Brush both sides of the patty with olive oil.
  5. Season each side with seasoned salt.
  6. Place the patties on the grill grate and cook until desired doneness.
