10 ounces fresh broccoli
6 whole bratwursts, cooked, halved lengthwise and sliced
2 whole tomatoes, cut in wedges or bite sized pieces
4 whole green onions, sliced
1 t. dried Italian seasoning or oregano
1/2 c. Creamy Italian dressing
1 leaf lettuce, optional
Parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Cut broccoli into 1-inch pieces.
- Cook in boiling water for 7 to 9 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
- Toss together pasta, broccoli, bratwurst, tomatoes, and green onions.
- Stir Italian seasoning in to the salad dressing and pour over the salad.
- Toss to coat.
- Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
- Serve over lettuce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
