Pasta with Lemon and Basil

Pasta med spinat

6 ounces angel hair pasta
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 T. grated lemon peel
3 T. olive oil
1/2 t. black pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water 3 to 5 minutes or until just tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Toss with remaining ingredients except cheese.
  4. Serve with cheese.
