package of flour tortillas
1 cup sour cream
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese
dash pepper
dash garlic salt
one 4 ounce can diced green chiles
3 green onions
- Soften the cream cheese.
- Mix cream cheese with the sour cream.
- Combine chiles and onions with the seasonings.
- Add to cheese mixture.
- Spread thinly, all the way to the edge, on each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla.
- Chill in plastic wrap for a few hours or overnight.
- Slice in about 1 1/2 inch pieces.
- Serve with your favorite salsa.
