Guacamole

 4 ripe avocados, mashed
1/2 c. canned diced green chiles
1/4 c. minced onion
1 t. salt
 1/4 c. lemon juice
chopped jalapenos to taste

  1. Mix, cover and chill.  
  2. Serve with tortilla chips
