Rice Chicken Salad with Green Olives

This is a wonderful salad.  The chopped green olives add an unusual and interesting taste.

1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 cups cooked white rice
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
6 or more large green olives with pimento, chopped
1 small bunch broccoli, cooked and chopped (optional)

  1. Mix the sour cream and mayo in a small bowl.
  2.  Toss the other ingredients in a serving bowl and toss with sour cream mixture.
