Green Onion and Parsley Butter



My mother used to serve this with steak.  Oh man, those were the good old days.  It is really delicious.  Use on sandwiches, baked potato, corn on the cob or anywhere you can think of.

1 stick salted butter
finely chopped parsley
finely chopped green onions
  1. Soften the butter.
  2. Mix ingredients together and serve.
