Strawberry Butter

Serve this with popovers or on toast or muffins.

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1/4 c. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
2 to 3 T. confectioners sugar

  1. Cut the butter into 6 to 8 pieces.
  2. Put in the food processor with the strawberries.
  3. Process and add confectioners sugar while doing so.
  4. Mix til butter is smooth.
