1 pound lean ground beef
4 green onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 t. horseradish
2 t. steak sauce
1/2 t. hot pepper sauce
hamburger buns
salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare a medium-hot fire in the grill.
- In a medium bowl mix together well the hamburger, onions, garlic, horseradish, steak sauce and seasonings.
- Form into four patties, about 1/2-inch thick, set aside.
- Grill pork patties directly over fire, about 5 minutes per side, until nicely browned.
