Lahvosh Apperizer

I love lahvosh.  You can buy it in most grocery stores.  Yours will look like the bottom picture
but I couldn't resist the Armenian lady with the giant lahvosh.
It is a cracker bread and is very versatile.
 
one large round of lahvosh
Dolfino cheese, grated
red onion, small dice
Diced bacon, cooked and drained
mushrooms, diced and cooked til soft
fresh tomatoes, diced
  1. Get 2 large, clean tea towels and dampen them under warm water.
  2. Place the lahvosh between the damp towels and let soften about 10 minutes or until it is pliable.
  3. Layer the ingredients on the lahvosh and bake at 325° until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy.
