Pork Chops Neopolitan

4 pork chops
olive oil
1 clove garlic, halved
1 green pepper, diced
sliced fresh mushrooms
3 T. tomato puree
3 T. white wine
1 can chicken broth
  1. Brown the garlic clove in 2 T. olive oil.
  2. Discard garlic and brown the pork chops.
  3. Salt and pepper meat.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
  5. Cover and cook 20 minutes more.
