4 pork chops
olive oil
1 clove garlic, halved
1 green pepper, diced
sliced fresh mushrooms
3 T. tomato puree
3 T. white wine
1 can chicken broth
- Brown the garlic clove in 2 T. olive oil.
- Discard garlic and brown the pork chops.
- Salt and pepper meat.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
- Cover and cook 20 minutes more.
