Celery Seed and Garlic Salad Dressing

This recipe comes from a grade school cafeteria. 

I worked at  a school when I was young and they made this for the teachers. 

2 c. oil

1/2 c. vinegar

1/2 c. grated onion

1/2 c. sugar

1 T. salt

1 1/2 t. celery seed

3/4 t. paprika

3/4 t. dry mustard

1 clove fresh garlic, pressed

1. Combine liquids.
2. Add dry ingredients and blend thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
