Macaroni Salad

1 cup dried elbow macaroni
1/2 bell pepper, small dice
1 /2 large onion, small dice
1 hard boiled egg, small chop
1/4 c. shredded carrots
dried oregano to taste
vinaigrette
  1. Cook the macaroni as the package tells you to.
  2. Plunge in to an ice bath to cool and stop cooking.
  3. When cool, assemble the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Use a vinaigrette of your choice or bottled Italian dressing.
