Ham-Brocccoli-Egg Casserole

This is really tasty.  We actually ate it for dinner with roasted peppers.  Makes 10 servings.

12 slices bread, crusts trimmed and cubed
1 10-ounce package frozen broccoil, 
chopped and cooked tender crisp (or a comparable amount of fresh broccoli)
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 T. onion, minced
3 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 t. dry mustard.
  1. Remove crusts and dice the bread into 1/2" cubes.
  2. Layer bread, broccoli, ham,cheese and onion in a greased 3-quart casserole.
  3. Repeat layering.
  4. Mix milk, eggs and dry mustard together and pour over all.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
