Roasted Tomatoes

Roasted Tomatoes
I love tomatoes and always have. I usually eat this on bread or toss it with pasta.

Tomatoes, Roma or other small tomatoes, halved

Fresh chopped garlic

Olive oil

Fresh or dried basil
Oregano

Parmesan Cheese
  1. Grease casserole with olive oil.
  2. Put tomatoes in a single layer in the casserole.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped garlic.
  4. Add basil and oregano to your taste.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour.
  6. Leave the skins on or pick off if you desire.
  7. Sprinkle with the fresh Parmesan
  8. I serve it cold.
