Broccolini is a green vegetable similar to broccoli but with small florets and long, thin stalks. This is really easy and really good.
6 ounces Broccolini
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
salt & pepper

- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter in 1 tablespoon oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add Broccolini and sauté stirring to coat, 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes for tender crisp or longer if desired.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
