Bed and Breakfast Quiche

Every so often I make breakfast for dinner.  I cook bacon or sausage and make this quiche.
This recipe is easy and comes out of the oven all puffy and golden.  The recipe calls for a pie shell but I omit this to save calories.  Just spray a casserole with Pam, place the mixed ingredients in the casserole and bake.

1 1/4 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 tablespoons chopped parsley
 3/4 cup milk
6 eggs
2 cups grated cheese
diced ham
1 partially baked 9 inch pie shell, optional
1/2 cup grated Parmesan for the top of Quiche
  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients together.
  2. Beat the milk and eggs in a medium bowl.
  3. Add the dry mixture to the egg mixture and whisk together.
  4. Add the cheese and ham and mix.
  5. Pour into the pie shell or casserole.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
