Hot Artichoke Dip


This has been around for so long I stopped making it.  Forgive me, recipe, for abandoning you.  You are worthy of a place in the Keeper Hall of Fame.

2 cans (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Mozzarella
½ cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
1 large clove fresh garlic, chopped or pressed
  1. Mix together.
  2. Bake in a serving dish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  3. Serve with sturdy crackers.
