1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. sugar
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs at room temperature
1/4 c. vodka
1/4 c. Khalua
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. flour
- Mix together in a bowl. Beat well.
- Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Bake 60 minutes at 325 degrees.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the pan onto a serving plate.
- Poke holes in top of the cake with large fork tines.
Glaze:
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/8 c. Khalua
- Drizzle over cake.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar when completely cooled.
