My favorite Bundt Cake

 


1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. sugar
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs at room temperature
1/4 c. vodka
1/4 c. Khalua
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. flour
  1. Mix together in a bowl.  Beat well.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
  3. Bake 60 minutes at 325 degrees.
  4. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the pan onto a serving plate.
  6. Poke holes in top of the cake with large fork tines.
                                         Glaze: 
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter 
1/8 c. Khalua
  1. Drizzle over cake.
  2. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when completely cooled.
