Pisco Sour


We had this cocktail when we were traveling in Peru.  It was served at many of the arranged meals we had.  If you want a good alternative to a margarita this is it.  This recipe is for one drink. 

3 ounces Pisco liquor
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 egg white
Aromatic Bitters
  1. Pour all but the bitters in to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with 2 drops of the bitters.
