Pub-Style Beer Cheese Dip

 



16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. Dijon mustard
2 t. minced garlic
1 t. paprika
1/4 t. kosher salt
1/2 - 2/3 cup of beer (pale for a light sweet flavor or dark for more robust flavor)

  1. Blend cheeses and seasonings in food processor until well combined.
  2. Slowly add beer and continue processing.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least an hour.
  4. Serve with pretzels.
