1 cinnamon stick1 c. water1 T. honey1/2 lemon, juiced2 ounces bourbon or whiskey1 tea bag
- In a small sauce pan add cinnamon stick and water.
- Over medium-high heat bring to a boil. Once it boils take off the heat.
- Add your tea bag and steep for your desired amount of time.
- Remove tea bag and stir in the honey.
- In a large mug add the juice of half a lemon, bourbon/whiskey, and the tea with the cinnamon stick for a garnish.
- Drink while still warm.
