Grilled Garlic Bread

 

               

1 crusty bread baguette


4 T. melted butter

Garlic-rosemary spread:

6 cloves garlic

1 sprig fresh rosemary

1 T. or so of olive oil

Chop until it makes a paste


  1. Cut bread in half lengthwise.  Then cut each of these in half.
  2. Brush with melted butter.
  3. Spread garlic paste on each piece of bread.
  4. Grill both sides of bread making sure you have grill marks on the buttered side and just browned on the other side.
