1 crusty bread baguette
4 T. melted butter
Garlic-rosemary spread:
6 cloves garlic
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 T. or so of olive oil
Chop until it makes a paste
Cut bread in half lengthwise.
Then cut each of these in half.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Spread garlic paste on each piece of bread.
- Grill both sides of bread making sure you have grill marks on the buttered side and just browned on the other side.
